Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Daon is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a fast‑growing global SaaS business in the identity verification space. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues across Dublin, London, Serbia, the US and remote locations to attract and hire top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end hiring for engineering, product, GTM and corporate functions, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and pre‑boarding.
• Actively headhunt passive candidates and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the Dublin‑based HR Manager and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Ensure timely delivery and meet time‑to‑hire targets across US, EMEA and APAC regions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on recruiter with a track record of delivering full‑cycle hires in a global, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and thrive in a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow or similar sourcing tools.
• Experience in active sourcing and headhunting for technical and corporate roles.
