Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Talent Acquisition Partner to join the global HR team of a leading technology company that provides digital identity, security and fraud‑prevention solutions. The role is based in Dublin and operates on a hybrid model, supporting hiring across Product, Technology, Engineering, Go‑to‑Market and Corporate functions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to offer and pre‑boarding for a diverse set of roles.
• Source and engage passive candidates using direct search, headhunting and specialised talent communities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and business disciplines.
• Conduct structured screening interviews and assess candidates against competency frameworks.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, provide market insights and salary benchmarking.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across international locations to ensure consistent, compliant recruitment practices.
• Deliver a professional, inclusive and engaging candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proactive recruiter with experience in fast‑paced, international technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and consultative approach throughout the hiring process.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
