Talent Acquisition Senior Associate (Recruiter)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a leading life‑sciences organisation. Working closely with hiring managers, HR business partners and senior leaders, you will shape hiring strategies, build talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding – for a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to design recruitment strategies, provide market insights and meet hiring targets.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines through sourcing techniques, candidate relationship management, recruitment marketing and networking.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, job postings and candidate records while leveraging analytics to improve outcomes.
• Support talent‑acquisition projects, employer‑branding initiatives, recruitment events and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume or fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and manage multiple concurrent hiring campaigns.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills with the capacity to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
