Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Dublin)

About the role

Clio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its EMEA Talent Acquisition team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in the Dublin hub, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent across Ireland and the wider EMEA region while championing the company’s values and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with EMEA teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process, managing a robust candidate pipeline for strategic and complex roles.
• Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies, meet quarterly hiring targets, and deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
• Design and implement creative approaches to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Align candidates with Clio’s mission, values, and vision throughout the hiring journey.
• Introduce innovative recruiting practices and contribute to continuous improvement of the function.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth, high‑velocity environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
• Passion for people and culture, with a strong commitment to Clio’s values.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
