Talent Acquisition Specialist (Data)

About the role

Join a fast‑paced, international recruitment team focused on Data, AI and technology talent. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, partner with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for technical positions, especially Data, AI and related technology roles.
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist qualified candidates using diverse channels and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition initiatives to build strong pipelines.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, align recruitment strategies and set expectations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive and transparent communication.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, hiring practices and employer branding.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
• Proven track record hiring for Data, AI, software engineering or related technical roles.
• Strong expertise in competency‑based interviewing and structured candidate assessment.
• Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a commitment to a positive hiring experience.
