Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hybrid, Dublin

About the role

Our law firm client is expanding its talent acquisition team and is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across the organisation. Working closely with the HR Manager and Director, you will ensure a smooth hiring process and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple, diverse roles within the firm.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies.
• Oversee onboarding, contract issuance, and induction planning for new hires.
• Provide regular communication to candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Support recruitment administration, maintain records, and update tracking tools.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification, preferably in HR or a related postgraduate field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to handle high‑volume recruitment processes efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience using LinkedIn for recruitment purposes.
