Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Dublin South. Working in a hybrid model (three days in the office), you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of business functions and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a portfolio of business areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, interview and assess candidates for professional and operational roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using diverse sourcing techniques.
• Promote internal mobility and identify up‑skilling or redeployment opportunities.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Monitor recruitment activity against service level agreements and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects.
• Produce recruitment metrics and management reports to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple disciplines, preferably in FMCG, telecom, engineering, construction or manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to influence hiring managers.
• Excellent sourcing and interviewing capability.
• Proactive approach to attracting talent in competitive markets.
• Experience working to recruitment KPIs and service levels.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work within a broader HR team.
