Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

This remote‑first position is based in Ireland and focuses on building high‑performing teams at the forefront of AI, cloud and machine learning technologies. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both technical and business roles across international markets, shaping strategies and enhancing the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding handover.
• Recruit for technical and business positions in AI, machine learning, software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, sales, marketing and partnerships.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, experience, motivation and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, create recruitment strategies and support hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for European and Latin American markets.
• Develop sourcing initiatives, employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
• Monitor recruitment performance using data, KPIs and hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Improve recruitment workflows, interview processes, assessment methods and technology usage.
• Promote a transparent, engaging candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience recruiting technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of international hiring markets, especially Europe and Latin America.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to recruit for highly specialized technical roles.
• Passion for emerging technologies and fast‑moving remote environments.
