Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader on a fully remote basis. In this role you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive full‑cycle recruiting with an emphasis on speed and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting or associate recruiting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
