Talent Acquisition Specialist (Security)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on security to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for highly technical and cybersecurity positions. Based in Ireland and working fully remotely across Europe, you will partner with hiring managers to source, assess, and secure top‑tier talent while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for security‑related and technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality cybersecurity professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, align expectations, and optimise hiring outcomes.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews to evaluate technical fit.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and provide regular progress updates.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience through timely communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech or specialised talent markets.
• Proven track record recruiting for security or cybersecurity roles.
• Strong competency‑based interviewing skills and ability to evaluate technical candidates.
• Excellent communication in English (Upper‑Intermediate or higher).
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective stakeholder management and influence with hiring managers.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with strong ownership.
