About the role

The Millar Agency Ireland is expanding rapidly and is looking for a Talent Agent to help scale its Irish operations. Working directly with the Head of TMA Ireland, you will be responsible for signing and managing top‑tier talent, driving revenue through high‑value brand collaborations and commercial campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and pitch high‑potential talent to grow the agency’s presence in Ireland.
• Lead onboarding of new signees, defining short‑ and long‑term career strategies.
• Proactively outreach to brands, PR agencies, media outlets, and production companies to secure campaigns and partnerships.
• Structure deals from fee quotes to contract negotiation and rights clearance.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet commercial growth targets.
• Provide strategic guidance and campaign oversight to talent, ensuring delivery of commercial briefs.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key industry clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Talent Agent or in a comparable commercial brand/agency role.
• Proven track record of securing high‑value brand deals and commercial campaigns.
• Extensive experience in scouting, pitching, signing, and onboarding talent.
• Strong network with brands, PR agencies, production companies, and media platforms in Ireland/UK.

Required skills

• Understanding of contract terms, rights management, fees, and revenue‑sharing structures.
