Talent Attraction Partner – DACH Sales Recruiting

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Attraction Partner to join our Sales Recruiting team focused on the DACH region. The role blends hands‑on sourcing with data‑driven market intelligence, enabling the Talent Attraction organisation to scale with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source, engage, assess and nurture top sales talent across inbound, referrals, internal mobility and outbound channels.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in the CRM, ensuring timely follow‑up and a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with Talent Delivery Recruiters to submit qualified candidates and support interview, coaching and offer processes.
• Build and maintain systematic competitor and market intelligence, tracking hiring patterns, compensation benchmarks and location trends.
• Deliver actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support TA metrics and reporting standards, ensuring data consistency across Excel, Tableau, HRIS and CRM systems.
• Design, manage and optimise Tableau dashboards for recruiters, sourcers and leadership.
• Assist with branding activations, event reporting and ROI analysis.
• Partner with leadership to develop enablement sessions, brown‑bag talks and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and insights‑driven professional with a strong understanding of the DACH talent market.
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to define talent profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
