Talent Delivery Recruiter – EMEA (Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑centric Talent Delivery Recruiter to join our EMEA team in Dublin. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for interns, apprentices and graduate candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from interview to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for early‑career talent, including interview coordination, selection, and offer delivery.
• Partner with the Talent Attraction team to identify and attract top‑tier candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Centre of Excellence leads to align hiring processes with strategic objectives.
• Maintain and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health, and quarterly hiring targets.
• Provide coaching and feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Data‑driven approach to recruitment, comfortable with KPI and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach candidates and hiring managers, delivering timely and constructive feedback.
• Results‑oriented, adaptable to a fast‑paced environment, and fluent in English.
