Talent Delivery Recruiter – EMEA

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑centric Talent Delivery Recruiter to join our EMEA team in Dublin. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for interns, apprentices and graduates, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for university talent, from interview scheduling to offer delivery.
• Partner with the Talent Attraction team to identify and source high‑potential candidates.
• Coach candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process, providing data‑driven feedback.
• Maintain and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health and quarterly hiring targets.
• Collaborate with Centre of Excellence leads to align hiring practices with organisational strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of demonstrable experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Data‑driven approach to recruitment, comfortable managing KPIs and pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
