Talent Delivery Recruiter – University Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Delivery Recruiter to lead our university talent programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and graduate positions. You will work closely with Talent Attraction teams, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring journey from interview to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for university talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring targets and timelines.
• Coach candidates throughout the interview process and provide constructive feedback.
• Utilise data, KPIs, and pipeline insights to optimise hiring outcomes.
• Enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.
• Contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives and influence stakeholder decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven track record of managing recruitment pipelines and meeting hiring targets.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluent English communication.
