Talent & Development Coordinator

About the role

Kepak is seeking a Talent & Development Coordinator to lead and support learning programmes across its Irish and UK operations. Based in Blanchardstown, Dublin, you will ensure high‑quality delivery of development initiatives while maintaining accurate talent data.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end Talent & Development programmes, from planning through execution and post‑programme evaluation.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and other HR data sources, ensuring data integrity and producing regular insight reports.
• Partner with managers, HR teams, site leaders and external providers to drive participation and programme success.
• Apply governance standards, documentation and compliance requirements for all training activities.
• Support the creation and optimisation of learning content and resources to improve the learner experience.
• Track programme budgets, manage invoices and purchase orders, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Assist with early‑career initiatives such as apprenticeships, graduate programmes and other strategic talent projects.

Required profile

• Experience in an administrative, HR or training coordination role, preferably within food processing, manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across Ireland and the United Kingdom.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or comparable HR platforms.
• Experience in data reporting, tracking and analysis.
• Familiarity with financial tracking and invoice management processes.
