Talent Manager – LinkedIn Recruitment Specialist

About the role

BMS Performance is seeking a Talent Manager with a strong focus on LinkedIn sourcing to support its fast‑growing Irish operation. Working hybrid in South Dublin, you will partner with high‑performing consultants across construction, engineering, sales, medical, life sciences and professional services to build high‑quality talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple specialist markets.
• Book and confirm candidate interviews for consultants.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn messaging.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in an AI‑powered CRM.
• Create and post job adverts on various platforms.
• Support consultants with market mapping and talent intelligence.
• Leverage AI sourcing tools and automation to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Highly organised, process‑driven with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with professional candidates.
• Experience in recruitment, administration, HR or a similar client‑facing role.
