Talent Partner

About the role

The Talent Partner will own end‑to‑end recruitment for CEL Critical Power’s Ireland operation, focusing on entry‑to‑mid‑level hires across all functions. You will ensure the business attracts the volume and calibre of talent needed to sustain rapid, disciplined growth while strengthening the employer brand in the Irish market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of entry‑to‑mid‑level requisitions across Sales, Finance, Production, Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Deliver against defined hiring timelines without compromising candidate quality.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and close.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular updates, market intelligence and practical recommendations to hiring managers.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events and direct outreach.
• Promote CEL’s presence in the Irish talent market and position the company as an employer of choice.

Required profile

• Motivated recruiter with solid experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Structured, data‑driven approach to delivery and continuous process improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills, delivering a true partnership rather than a transactional service.
• Desire to grow within a high‑performance talent function supporting rapid business expansion.
