Talent Sourcer – Business Functions

About the role

Elements is seeking a Business Functions Talent Sourcer to work closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers across legal, finance, operations and other non‑tech areas. You will embed within internal teams, helping to build high‑quality pipelines and support inclusive hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand priorities and business goals.
• Partner with Talent Partners and recruiters, providing market insight and research‑led recommendations.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using advanced techniques such as Boolean, X‑ray, Slack, AI tools and creative channels.
• Identify, engage and nurture passive talent, maintaining long‑term talent pools.
• Deliver market mapping and talent intelligence to inform hiring strategy.
• Maintain strong pipeline health and provide personalized outreach to top candidates.
• Conduct screening conversations and champion inclusive hiring practices.
• Provide clear candidate briefings, regular updates and high‑quality feedback.

Required profile

• Available to work on‑site three days per week and start within four weeks.
• Proven experience sourcing for non‑tech functions such as legal, finance or operations.
• Experience building pipelines in a new region.
• Strong research and sourcing capability using advanced, creative methods.
• Comfortable supporting hiring across junior to executive levels.
• Data‑driven, organised and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Adaptable, resilient and passionate about candidate experience.
