Tax Senior Manager

About the role

The Tax Senior Manager will lead ARYZTA's corporate income tax compliance, reporting and advisory activities across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will support strategic initiatives, ensure accurate tax accounting under IFRS and local standards, and maintain a robust tax governance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tax accounting, including current and deferred tax, provisions and disclosures under IFRS and local GAAP.
• Manage monthly and annual financial close, year‑end tax reporting and effective tax rate analysis.
• Coordinate corporate income tax compliance, audits, authority inquiries and relationships with external advisors.
• Support OECD BEPS Pillar Two compliance, GloBE calculations and related legislative changes.
• Provide tax advice on transfer pricing, withholding taxes, permanent establishment matters and cross‑border transactions.
• Act as tax business partner for Treasury, advising on intercompany financing, cash pooling and tax‑efficient financing structures.
• Maintain and enhance the Group’s tax governance framework, internal controls and risk mitigation processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Accounting, Internal Audit and business leaders to deliver commercially focused tax advice.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law or a related field.
• Significant experience in corporate tax compliance, reporting and advisory within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, local tax legislation and OECD BEPS Pillar Two requirements.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and senior business stakeholders.
