Team Lead Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

The Team Lead Manager will join Woodie's Dublin store to drive daily operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior store leadership and plays a pivotal role in motivating the team and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Monitor and achieve store sales and performance targets.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment and loss prevention.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail operations, sales management and customer service.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and effective resource management.
• Business‑focused mindset with a track record of meeting performance targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in inventory management and store operations.
• Experience in DIY, home improvement or related retail sectors (preferred).
