About the role

We are seeking a responsible full‑time Team Lead to support the management team at Avoca’s Kilmacanogue store and café. The role involves overseeing opening and closing procedures, assisting with daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

Open and close the store/café according to manager’s guidelines.
Handle cash transactions and perform cash reconciliation.
Manage employee break schedules and daily staffing needs.
Address customer service queries and resolve complaints.
Process store orders and maintain inventory levels.
Provide general support to the management team and undertake ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years experience in retail management or supervision.
Proven track record of taking responsibility and delivering results.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
Reliable, flexible and able to work varied shifts.
