Team Leader – Store Supervisor

About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee you will be the frontline manager of a busy coffee shop, responsible for delivering excellent service and supporting your team’s development. This position is designed as a stepping‑stone for individuals who aspire to become Store Managers or move into regional roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, ensuring high standards of product quality and customer service.
• Coach, mentor and schedule team members, fostering a people‑first culture.
• Handle cash, stock and inventory control in line with company policies.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards throughout the store.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth and implement promotional activities.
