Team Manager

About the role

Primark is looking for a dynamic Team Manager to lead a section of its Swords store. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing stock and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the store management team to oversee daily operations.
• Manage an allocated department, including commercial planning, stock control, planograms and visual merchandising.
• Supervise till areas and fitting rooms as needed.
• Organise and assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants.
• Motivate, coach and develop the team to deliver high‑quality service and achieve sales targets.
• Utilise digital learning tools to pursue personal development and career progression.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and coaching experience in a retail setting.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive performance.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and foster a positive employee culture.

What we offer

• Annual salary of €47,375.
• Fixed‑term contract for 6 months, full‑time.
