Team Manager

About the role

The Enhanced Community Residential Service (ECRS) in Mold is seeking a Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence‑based health services to the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and guide staff in the management of complex cases.
• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based clinical care.
• Allocate referrals to appropriate clinical staff.
• Conduct regular clinical and management supervision to ensure safe practice.
• Participate in PADR reviews.
• Ensure the team meets quality standards and service targets.
• Promote Welsh language use where possible (desirable).

Required profile

• Meets all essential criteria outlined in the attached job description/person specification.
• Demonstrated experience in leading clinical teams and supervising staff.
• Ability to work with evidence‑based practice and quality improvement processes.

• Welsh language ability is desirable but not mandatory.
