Team Manager – Social Care (Roscommon)

About the role

The position is a permanent, full‑time team manager role within a publicly funded social care organisation in Roscommon. It is open to both HSE and non‑HSE applicants and offers a pensionable contract.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary social care team across Roscommon Town, Kilteevan, Athleague and surrounding areas.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality care services in line with statutory standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews and professional development.
• Coordinate with local health authorities and community partners.
• Monitor budgets, resources and service outcomes.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification and experience in social care management.
• Proven leadership abilities in a health or social care setting.
