Team Member – Restaurant Crew

About the role

As a Team Member at Sprout you will be the face of the restaurant, delivering friendly service and helping keep the venue running smoothly. The role offers a mix of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house tasks, perfect for anyone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, good food and working with a close‑knit team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ingredient prep and topping stations.
• Operate the till, serve customers and recommend menu items.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organized dining area throughout the shift.
• Follow checklists to ensure dishes are presented and tasted to standard.
• Support food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety procedures.
