Technical Recruiter – Engineering & Product (EMEA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for Engineering and Product positions across the EMEA region. The role demands a fast‑paced, data‑driven approach to meet the hiring needs of a global technology organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruitment for engineering and product roles, handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job ads, and drive compliant hiring practices.
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates in a high‑growth environment.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and data to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
• Ensure adherence to local employment laws and compliance regulations across EMEA markets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within technology companies with a global presence.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven success recruiting for engineering and product roles in the EMEA region.
• Excellent relationship‑building abilities with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong collaboration, presentation, and team‑building skills.
