Telemarketer – Fundraising (Fixed-Term, Dublin)

About the role

Join a leading international charity in Dublin to support fundraising efforts through telemarketing. You will work full‑time in the office, contacting existing donors and prospects to secure cash and regular giving donations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute telemarketing campaigns and meet defined performance targets.
• Contact donors and prospects by phone as part of marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all calls follow the organisation’s procedures and guidelines.
• Capture accurate information in the CRM system.
• Attend briefings, training sessions and actively contribute to the learning environment.
• Maintain a professional, courteous telephone manner with donors.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects assigned by the Telemarketing Project Manager.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• 6‑12 months experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in a contact‑centre environment.
• Proven ability to work to and exceed targets.
• Strong planning, organisational and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to receive feedback and develop through training.
