Telesales Executive – Business Affinity

About the role

As a Telesales Executive on the Business Affinity team, you will join Three’s SME Sales & Retention organisation to grow the customer base through outbound calling campaigns. You will engage with prospects, understand their needs and match them with the right mobile and broadband solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate new business and nurture existing relationships.
• Guide prospects through the sales cycle, closing deals in a single call or following up as needed.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer data in the CRM and Salesforce.com platforms.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
• Handle inbound contacts, email and chat enquiries when required.

Required profile

• Experience working in a high‑volume contact centre environment.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Adaptable team player who can also work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in using internal provisioning and sales transaction systems.
