Telesales Executive – Business Affinity Team

About the role

Join Three’s Business Affinity team as a Telesales Executive and help grow the company’s customer base through outbound calling campaigns. You will engage with prospects, understand their needs and match them with Three’s mobile and broadband solutions, delivering a high‑energy, customer‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate new business and nurture existing relationships.
• Guide prospects through the sales cycle, closing deals in a single call or through multiple follow‑ups.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer data in CRM and Salesforce.com.
• Meet or exceed defined sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Handle inbound contacts, email and chat inquiries when required.

Required profile

• Experience working in a high‑volume contact centre.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
