Telesales Executive – Dublin (Telecom & Utilities)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our Dublin 8 office. You will sell a portfolio of telecom and utility solutions to both new prospects and existing customers, using a mix of company‑provided leads and your own proactive prospecting.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
• Generate additional business through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Promote and sell telecom and utility products tailored to customer needs.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to drive team success.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telecom sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
• Customer‑focused with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, resilience and a strong desire to succeed.
• Comfortable working full‑time in an office‑based setting.
