Territory & Account Manager – Leinster/East Coast

About the role

The Territory & Account Manager will develop and maintain relationships with veterinarians, retailers and key decision‑makers across the Leinster and East Coast region of Ireland. The role combines traditional territory coverage with strategic key‑account management to drive sales growth for Bimeda’s animal‑health portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve financial targets for the assigned territory and designated key accounts.
• Maintain daily updates in Salesforce, track customer orders via the online portal and meet activity targets.
• Develop quarterly business plans with A‑ and B‑level customers and monitor performance using CRM reporting tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns, gather product testimonials and support new product introductions.
• Deliver CPD training to customers via Teams or in‑person and ensure timely pharmacovigilance reporting.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage seasonal campaigns and monitor debt within the territory.
• Build and execute strategic account plans for key accounts, handling negotiations, pricing and data management.
• Share best practices and competitor insights with the wider Ireland sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience in animal health, veterinary or agricultural sectors.
• Proven knowledge of the animal‑health and veterinary‑medicine markets, preferably with retailer or agricultural trade experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full, valid driving licence with willingness to travel regularly across the region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
