Test Analyst – Solution Delivery

About the role

The Solution Delivery Test Analyst is a key member of Laya Healthcare’s IT team, responsible for ensuring that new and existing digital solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance and security. Working closely with developers, product owners and business stakeholders, you will validate system enhancements and guarantee a seamless experience for members and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Review functional, technical and non‑functional requirements and create detailed manual and automated test cases.
• Execute system, regression, performance and security testing, log defects and track them to resolution using test management tools.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support end‑users during go‑live and assist with post‑implementation issues.
• Run automation scripts, identify opportunities for further automation and contribute to tool evaluation.
• Document test approaches, record testing effort, maintain defect reports and produce test evidence.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
