About the role

Join Amazon Leo’s global connectivity mission as a Tier 2 Technical Customer Support Associate. You will provide advanced technical assistance to French‑speaking customers, handling complex issues across phone, email and chat while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage escalations from Tier 1 support, delivering timely resolutions.
• Provide detailed technical support with clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional support teams to resolve complex problems.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in an easy‑to‑follow format.
• Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base articles and team documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date on new Amazon Leo products and features.

Required profile

• Technically savvy problem‑solver with strong listening skills.
• Adaptable to change, quick learner, and critical thinker.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and working under pressure.
• Professional communication in German, French and English.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays.
• Eligibility for export‑controlled information access as required.
