About the role

Dairymaster is seeking skilled TIG/MIG welders to join its Global Headquarters in Tralee, Co. Kerry. The role involves performing high‑quality welding on dairy equipment and supporting various production areas as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Execute TIG and MIG welding tasks to meet strict workmanship standards.
• Perform quality checks and maintain documentation for all welds.
• Assist in different departments, providing flexible support during peak periods.
• Work overtime or shift patterns when required to meet production deadlines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Required profile

• Strong practical welding skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Well‑organized, able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Interest or background in agriculture/dairy industry is desirable.
