Trading Team Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

As a Trading Team Manager you will lead a high‑performing store team in Dublin, ensuring the sales floor delivers strong commercial results while providing exceptional customer service. You will rotate through several stores as a designate manager before taking ownership of a permanent department or store.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, overseeing end‑to‑end stock management, range changes and promotional activities.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights and customer feedback to optimise performance.
• Coach and develop colleagues to build deep product knowledge and create meaningful customer interactions.
• Maintain disciplined stock management rituals and processes to ensure product availability.

• Comfortable coaching and developing team members to bring out their best.
• Leadership mindset – lead the team rather than doing the work yourself.
• Passionate about process and well‑planned, organised execution.
