About the role

Archer is looking for motivated individuals to join its Trainee Recruiter programme, designed to transform professionals with 2‑3+ years of experience into expert IT recruitment advisors. The role is based in Dublin and combines intensive training with real‑world client exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Complete Archer’s 12‑month personalised recruitment training academy.
• Work under continuous 1:1 mentorship and leadership coaching.
• Assist Ireland’s leading pharma, medtech and financial firms as an IT recruitment advisor.
• Follow a transparent 12‑step promotion roadmap from Associate to Director.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in any professional field.
• Highly motivated, resilient and eager to learn.
• EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
• Willing to be based in or relocate to Dublin.
• Available for office‑based work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑6:00 pm.
