About the role

Key responsibilities

• Source healthcare professionals using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
• Conduct telephone and video interviews to assess candidates' experience and career goals.
• Match candidates with temporary and permanent vacancies across nursing, care and allied health roles.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify new business opportunities and contact prospective healthcare providers.
• Arrange meetings with decision‑makers and build long‑term relationships with HSE services, private hospitals and care organisations.

Required profile

• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or any customer‑facing role.
• Enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and working towards targets.
• Motivated by career progression, financial rewards and making a difference in healthcare.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn for professional networking.
