Training Coordinator – Transport Accessibility & Disability Awareness

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to design and deliver high‑quality training programmes that promote transport accessibility and disability awareness. The role supports both internal staff and external partners such as transport operators and built‑environment professionals across Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver a holistic training curriculum that meets the learning needs of internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with industry experts and stakeholders to identify training gaps and ensure alignment with regulations and best practices.
• Create inclusive training materials that incorporate the perspectives of people with disabilities.
• Coordinate training logistics, including schedules, venues, registrations, material preparation and technology setup.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to understand their needs and adapt programmes accordingly.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
• Generate detailed reports on participation, completion rates and outcomes for internal and partner stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programmes, preferably in transport or accessibility sectors.
• In‑depth knowledge of Ireland’s transport systems, passenger information services and accessibility challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate training impact and drive improvements.
