UI Engineer - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a UI Engineer to join our DataAnnotation team as an AI Trainer. In this remote, flexible position you will create and solve coding challenges that help train state-of-the-art AI models, with a focus on Android development.

Key responsibilities

• Design diverse programming problems used to improve AI systems, especially for Android platforms.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations for each task.
• Assess AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and readability.
• Provide constructive feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Preferred experience with Kotlin; proficiency in at least one of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Strong written communication and grammar skills.
• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience as a software developer, coder, or engineer is a plus.

Required skills

• Kotlin (preferred) and Android development.
• JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift (any).
• Technical writing and code review.
