Unity Developer (Mid‑Level) – Mobile Apps

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Unity Developer to join a fast‑growing team that creates engaging mobile learning experiences for children and families worldwide. You will work on high‑traffic applications, shaping UI, performance and reliability while collaborating with product, design and engineering colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain complex mobile UI features, including screens, animations, adaptive layouts, onboarding flows and payment processes.
• Architect UI code using dependency injection (e.g., Zenject) to ensure modularity and easy lifecycle management.
• Integrate Addressables and remote content pipelines, handling content loading, versioning and stability improvements.
• Implement automated testing (unit and integration) and support CI pipelines.
• Profile and optimise Unity performance, memory usage, garbage collection and TextMeshPro rendering.
• Participate in code reviews, reduce technical debt and mentor junior engineers.
• Support release processes and production monitoring to guarantee reliable user experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional Unity development experience, primarily on mobile platforms.
• Strong grasp of object‑oriented programming, SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Proficient in C# with solid knowledge of asynchronous programming (Task, UniTask).
• Hands‑on experience building Unity UI systems, responsive layouts and complex state machines.
• Experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Zenject.
• Familiarity with Addressables, remote content management and version control strategies.
