UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to shape high‑leverage product experiences at Bending Spoons. You will design end‑to‑end user interfaces, collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, and leverage AI tools to accelerate the design process.

Key responsibilities

• Design exceptional UI and UX from early concepts to polished delivery, ensuring intuitive and delightful experiences.
• Use LLMs and AI tools to clarify intent, draft specs, and surface risks before opening design tools.
• Prototype and build with AI‑driven tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, generating production‑ready frontend code and interactive prototypes.
• Co‑create with product managers and engineers, defining UX requirements early and staying involved through QA and release.
• Validate designs with customers, run quick tests, and iterate based on funnel, retention and adoption metrics.
• Identify high‑leverage improvements in the backlog, align stakeholders, and deliver value‑driving product enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability: solves complex problems from first principles and avoids bias.
• High drive and ambition: takes initiative, shows tenacity, and feels deep responsibility for outcomes.

Required skills

• Figma for UI design.
• AI prototyping tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
• Frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to generate production‑ready code.
