Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, effective, and delightful UI and UX from early concepts through final production.
• Leverage large language models and AI tools to clarify intent, draft specs, identify risks, and generate initial design directions.
• Prototype and build interactive mock‑ups using tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, and translate concepts into production‑ready frontend code when needed.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from day one, defining UX requirements, staying involved through QA and release, and making engineering‑aware design decisions.
• Validate designs with customers, run quick tests, and use funnel, retention and adoption metrics to measure impact and iterate.
• Identify high‑leverage backlog items, align stakeholders, and deliver improvements that unlock business value.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability: solves complex problems from first principles and avoids bias.
• High drive and ambition: takes initiative, shows tenacity, and feels deep responsibility for outcomes.
• Detail‑oriented mindset: cares about the nuances that make experiences exceptional.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for UI design.
• Experience using AI‑powered tools such as large language models, Cursor, and Claude Code to generate specs, prototypes, and code.

What we offer

• Opportunity to learn rapidly, make a measurable impact, and accelerate career growth.
• Access to cutting‑edge AI integration across product development.
• Collaborative, talent‑dense teams operating with startup agility.
