UX/UI Designer

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a UX/UI Designer to shape high‑leverage product experiences across its portfolio of digital products. You will work in small, talent‑dense teams, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver intuitive, effective, and delightful interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Shape high‑leverage product experiences, from early concepts to polished delivery.
• Use AI‑powered tools (LLMs, Cursor, Claude Code) to clarify intent, draft specifications, and generate prototypes.
• Prototype and build interactive designs, switching fluidly between code and design tools.
• Co‑create with product managers and engineers from day one, defining UX requirements and staying involved through QA and release.
• Validate designs with customers, run quick tests, and measure funnels, retention, and adoption.
• Identify high‑impact backlog items, align stakeholders, and deliver rapid improvements.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability; can solve complex problems from first principles.
• High drive and ambition, taking ownership and delivering with intensity.
• Detail‑oriented mindset, resisting bias and focusing on what matters.
• Collaborative attitude, comfortable working in fast‑moving, startup‑like environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for UI design.
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
• Ability to generate production‑ready frontend code from prototypes.
