Visual Merchandiser – Store Based Role in Dublin

About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser for Massimo Dutti in Dublin, you will bring collections to life in‑store, balancing brand DNA, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers. Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the store team to deliver premium visual presentation and a seamless customer journey. The role requires full‑time availability, including evenings, weekends and occasional early starts for deliveries and visual changes.

Key responsibilities

• Use commercial and product data to spot opportunities and improve store results.
• Own the store’s visual and commercial execution, ensuring displays are elevated, current and customer‑focused.
• Deliver visual merchandising in line with brand and company guidelines, adapting quickly while staying true to Massimo Dutti standards.
• Lead with a high standard of customer service on the shop floor, supporting the team to deliver a premium experience.
• Act as a positive ambassador for sustainability initiatives in store.
• Stay calm under pressure, stay organised, and prioritise effectively during peak trading, deliveries and changeovers.

Required profile

• Previous visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs.
• Comfortable using reports and tools to inform decisions and track performance.
• Strong understanding of Massimo Dutti’s DNA and product, plus awareness of current market trends.
