VP of Marketing – Growth & Demand Generation (Remote, EMEA)

About the role

LearnWorlds is seeking a senior marketing leader to reshape its go‑to‑market engine for the next phase of growth. As VP of Marketing – Growth & Demand Generation you will own the evolution of the marketing organization, aligning product‑led and sales‑assisted strategies to drive high‑quality demand and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a new marketing operating model, including planning cadence, KPI framework, budget discipline and decision‑making processes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams responsible for demand generation, growth marketing, content, campaigns, events, paid and organic acquisition, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Partner closely with the VP of Sales, VP of Product Marketing, VP of Customer Experience, product leaders and the CEO to ensure commercial alignment and measurable impact.
• Own the measurement of marketing success through pipeline contribution, product‑led growth metrics and revenue impact rather than activity‑based metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement by deciding what to scale, test, simplify and invest in next.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably with both product‑led and sales‑assisted growth models.
• Hands‑on execution mindset combined with strategic thinking.
• Strong commercial orientation and ability to work closely with executive teams.
