Warehouse, Cryogenics & Logistics Specialist

About the role

The Specialist, Warehouse, Cryogenics and Logistics supports the Cruiserath Biologics site by ensuring seamless material flow, compliance with GMP standards, and safe handling of cryogenic products. You will work in a highly regulated environment, collaborating with manufacturing teams to keep production schedules on track.

Key responsibilities

• Execute warehouse processes including receiving, aseptic sampling, raw‑material storage, and BDS shipment.
• Perform quality inspection of incoming consumables and GMP sampling of raw materials in an ISO7 (Grade C) area.
• Supply the manufacturing area with required materials on time, maintaining high internal customer service.
• Transfer materials to the Just‑In‑Time (JIT) area, stock JIT inventory, and conduct cycle‑counting activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for warehouse, cryogenics, and JIT stocking functions.
• Support CQV validation work and user‑acceptance testing for SAP projects.
• Drive process improvements across logistics, cryogenics, and inventory management.
• Prepare material‑management areas for regulatory audits and ensure inspection readiness.
• Promote a safety culture, report concerns, and use appropriate GMP protective equipment.

Required profile

• Experience working in a GMP‑regulated warehouse or cryogenic logistics environment.
• Familiarity with ISO7 (Grade C) cleanroom operations and aseptic techniques.
• Ability to develop and follow SOPs, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Strong attention to safety and regulatory compliance.
