Warehouse Operative – Full‑Time, €32k/year

About the role

As a Warehouse Operative at Culligan, you will ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed and dispatched on time, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering cleaner, healthier water worldwide. This full‑time permanent position is based in Ballymount, Co. Dublin and offers a supportive, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Receive, check and store incoming stock.
• Label, scan and store products correctly.
• Carry out stock checks and assist with inventory control.
• Report damaged or missing stock.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including PPTs and forklifts (where licensed).
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Forklift licence (counter‑balance and reach truck).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.
• Desirable: PPT certification, experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), stock control or inventory experience.
