Workday Financials Architect (EMEA)

About the role

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking a Workday Financials Architect to lead high‑impact, cross‑functional projects across the EMEA region. You will partner with global clients to design, configure, test, and implement complex Workday Financial solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Workday Financial modules for strategic, high‑impact projects from planning through stabilization.
• Lead multiple concurrent large‑scale Workday implementations, managing scope, quality, timeline, communication, and overall delivery.
• Design, configure, test, and implement business requirements across various Workday Financial modules.
• Conduct client working sessions to gather and analyze requirements, propose recommendations, and advise best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues affecting project scope or Go‑Live dates.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and knowledge‑sharing to less‑experienced team members.
• Contribute to Kognitiv’s knowledge‑management repository and drive continuous innovation in Workday deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex Workday Financial implementations for global clients.
• Deep understanding of cross‑functional touchpoints, regulatory and statutory requirements across multiple countries.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high client satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills for client engagements, sales meetings, and internal collaboration.
